What if I want to pick my order up in-store?
If you choose to pick your order up in-store, please use code INSTORE at checkout. Once you receive your second email that notifies you of order fulfillment, your item is ready for pickup. You can pick orders up at the address below:
How do I view the status of my order?

What if I need to make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at PrairieChicBoutique@gmail.com or call us at (605) 295-1414 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm EST. Once you have placed your order completely, we are unable to modify the contents of your order because your credit or debit card has already been charged. We are able to change size or color, but nothing that changes the actual amount of the order. If you want to add something to your order, we ask that you go ahead and place your order and email us to let us know that you'd like to consolidate your shipping.
How will I know if my order was confirmed?
Once you've completed your purchase, you will receive an email with your confirmation number.
How will I receive my tracking information?
Once you've completed your purchase, you will receive THREE different emails. The first email will let you know that we have received your order. The second email will let you know that we have prepared your package for shipment and is waiting to be picked up by USPS. The third email will inform you of USPS scanning your package for shipment. From there, you will be able to track your item via USPS.com. If you have not received an email, we ask that you please check spam before contacting us.
